1- How do I pay?

Or Credit cards/debit cards. You can Pay by credit card through our website or we take cash on delivery We do not accept checks.
Deposits are non-refundable at the time of booking.
2- What do I do to reserve a rental?
Simply
call, we like to do business face to face not through an automated machine.
3- How much area do I need?
All Inflatables
have measurements on website, you should add 5 feet to
each measurement to have plenty room. (Don't forget height) all
measurements are Length x width x height
4- Do I need to supply anything?
Big
Lou's will include everything needed to set up within 50 feet
of power supply. Please make sure there is a
clean area for set-up, remove any branches, rocks or sharp objects. If you Are renting a water slide you will need to
supply your own hose.
5- What if it rains?
Big Lou's will
call to confirm all rentals ahead of time if bad weather is imminent
you will then have the option to reschedule, once
we set up your rental
there will be no refunds.
6- What about bad weather?
We take
into account all of your concerns... including inclement weather. For your convenience, if you cancel an order prior
to setup, you will not be responsible for any charge. For your safety, if winds exceed 20 Mph we reserve the right to
cancel delivery or remove any property of Big Lou's Bouncies LLC.
7- Do you supply attendants?

8- Can I change the unit I rent?
You
may change rental unit for any other unit that is available, we
need a day notice.
9- Why should I rent from Big Lou's
Bouncies?
Big Lou's Bounices is a local family owned and operated business. I am also
a Nurse and former Army
Medic and know about safety and health, this is
why I clean and sanitize every unit, every rental. So you can focus
on
having FUN!!!
